The Recipe for Fashion Designer Success is a self paced course it is the introduction to the Start Your Fashion Business Workshop. It is a self-paced, online program. You control when you start and finish. You can work through the lessons at your own pace and for those who want to be kept to task, there are reminder emails that come out every 2nd day for 2 months

This is perfect for you. This program was designed for the beginner in a language that makes it easy to relate to and understand. Our Facebook group and monthly Q&A sessions will also help you overcome any hurdles you hit.

I don’t mind if you complete the process for more than 1 idea. I would recommend saving your document twice so you are working on them separately (I look at every file and don’t want to confuse your thoughts). You might find that one is easier to complete so is the winning idea.

If you are new then the Fashion Label Launchpad is how we can work with you and you will have fast tracked your start time so we can jump straight into a creative design meeting.

You can, These initial meetings are $150 for 1 hour but are designed to be a design meeting. If you need business coaching then this is a $300 but we would rather give you 2 months of information and support first for $497 so when we do meet, you are clearer on your idea and pathway to success

No it doesn't. We used to do this in the beginning. It used to be $10,000 for full development of 4 styles. The problem is that some people were designing swimwear and some were designing wedding dresses. We changed this so you have the control over your costs and how large your range will be.

Therefore the costs of development and manufacturing is separate to the mentoring, education and training you will receive.

We understand that you have a limited budget but you also have a long road ahead of you before we start production. The process of development is intense and difficult if you don't know what you are doing. Also it is very hard to lose $5000 on a production run when you don't know how to brief a manufacturer or how to check quality before committing to final production. We want to teach you everything you need to know about this process so you don't need to learn from 1 mistake at a time.

This depends. If you have worked in the industry in a local capacity. This means not with an offshore manufacturer which operates in a very different way.

But if you are a start up and you don't have this industry experience then the Fashion Label Launchpad is how we can support you through your development process. Because at the end of the day, you still need the information and it would be a weird business relationship that I knew the information and was not stopping you from making big mistakes.

No you don’t.  We have worked with clients all around Australia and overseas. Our systems, technology and processes have developed over 8 yrs. In fact we have clients who we have worked with for years, developed over 20 styles and manufactured multiple times and we still have not met face to face.

Unfortunately this is not a hands off industry. If you are not interested in getting into the weeds then I would suggest that you start an online store that sells other people's garments so that you can still be part of the fashion industry.
